Overview
This summer, the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department (PRCS) will be working to enhance the existing playground structure at Rampart Community Park in northeast Colorado Springs. These improvements aim to create an engaging environment for all ages and abilities, making the park a more inviting space and accessible for everyone in the community.
Key features of the renovation include:
- The installation of a new play structure
- Installation of artificial turn for increased accessibility and a safe, enjoyable surface for children of all abilities
- Concrete and drainage work to enhance the overall functionality of the area

Community Engagement
PRCS will host a neighborhood meeting on Wednesday, May 21 to discuss playground themes. Residents and neighbors are encouraged to attend.
